testing module fails deepARG- how to update deepARG within PathoFact?
Im having the same issue as issue #64 (closed) and the solution was to update deepARG 1.0.2 in bitbucket. I am using Ubuntu to run PathoFact. I tried updating deepARG using the github page but unsure what I would need to do within PathoFact to get it updated. I updated it and moved the files into the PathoFact folder where deepARG files are but this did not fix the problem. I've been able to run the toxin and virulence reports successfully. Appreciate any help!
