species states size and position

Created from https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/minerva/core/issues/622 (by @ewa.smula)

during the upload species states are always putted in the center of the top edge of the element and they can cover other modification (eg. phosphorylation) if the element is not big enough. Is it possible to make these ellipses smaller, similar to the size presented in CellDesigner?
