Export to SBGN does not export compartments and some reactions

When trying to export https://minerva-dev.lcsb.uni.lu/minerva/index.xhtml?id=neuron_cd1# to SBGN and then opening that in newt (or converting it to image using the conversion module), it does not export (or at least show) any compartments and does not show many of the edges.
