Self-reactions in SBML cause an error in the CellDesigner export

When the SBML source file features a self-reference, it is imported to Minerva correctly, but causes an error when the file is exported to CellDesigner. Possible solutions:

• display an error message: "The diagram cannot be exported to CellDesigner, because it contains self-reactions"
• export to CellDesigner, omit the self-reactions, and add the comment to the model description of the exported file: "The following reactions in the source diagram were self-reactions and were omitted upon export to CellDesigner: "
