@marek.ostaszewski You mentioned today that the manual is not updated on syscid VM. Here is the link that I used to open manual: http://syscid.lcsb.uni.lu/minerva/resources/other/user_guide.pdf

It points to the file version attached to this issue. Can you tell me how you accessed the old file?
