Genes annotations don't show

Genes alterations such as Coding regions, Regulatory Regions and Transcription Starting Sites are not displayed. However, Modification Sites (e.g. for methylation) are.

Genes annotations weren't used by anyone yet, therefore we skipped the parsing and visualization of this CellDesigner functionality.

I will add it to the TODO list for next release, but it might be postponed.
