Possibility to rename the project

Currently it's not possible to change the project id via the web interface/api. It would be a useful feature allowing to update projects that were published already.

• what if the project is default
• what if the project is published in minerva net

• If the project is default prompt that cannot rename a default project.
• If the project is published, prompt that shared projects cannot be renamed. The user will have to un-share the project and share it under an new name.
