What is being exported is a map in .xml format, not a model.

Before I do it I would like to know if CellDesigner/SBGN file is considered as a map file?

I think usually SBGN files are usually called SBGN maps. http://sbgn.github.io/sbgn/ -> "...standardize the graphical notation used in maps of biological processes."

CellDesigner is tricky :) I think this is a minor thing, so up to you!

Also, another thing that puts people off is "Admin" area, where I think it should be Login or Sign in or something like that. What do you think?

Admin link is gone in the next versin (there will be small lock icon that will move you to admin panel). When login is required appropriate link is provided.
