Closes #275 (closed)

Fixed problem when the window was too small in the webpage to add new appointment. Moved the creation of the daily planning to a separate function, allowing for custom properties and also total override of the daily planning default properties. Added read-only daily planning view below new appointment form. Added CSS so the small daily planning looks good.
