#70 allow subject edit in appointment edit view

important: it means that it will not be possible to edit an appointment of a subject who is not valid. Particularly, the user nobody is not valid as it has no country, no last_name and no gender. before putting this in production, this needs to be addressed.

My question is: will it crash when opening edit page?

it doesn’t crash and it will indeed highlights problems when saving. So yes, a solution could be to just fix the issues using the web interface.

We can fix it in production for NOBODY user. However, there are problems with some subjects imported from excel files: in many cases there is no sex field filled (as they didn't store this information), and they will have to fix it when changing appointment.

ok, it will even force them to fix the issues then. I guess it’s good (if they don’t complain about it :p)
