I was talking to Lars yesterday. And he mentioned also fourth group. So I'm just wondering if we should implement a functionality of adding subject types (for superadmins only).

Of course, if the thing is going to scale that would be a good idea. A subject type could have certain attributes such as the follow up frequency, a description, etc.
