dashbord for configation pages

the dashboard is improperly defined for:

• Configuration -> Voucher partners
• Configuration -> Health partners
• Configuration -> Study

What do you mean by "improperly defined" ? Do you mean the breadcrumb, right?

For Languages, voucher_types, study I could either change the breadcrumb file in each folder or I could also, (despite it requires larger refactor), gather the folders inside the configuration folder, like the equipment_and_rooms does.
