Being able to add Equipments (samples)

But you cannot associate them with AppointmentType - and it makes sense only when you can add this association.

Okey, yesterday I added the ability to add appointment types #248 (closed) in which you can also associate equipment to appointment types. Would it suffice to fix this issue or do you still want a way to associate equipment to appointment types instead of viceversa?

I think it's enough.
