added functionality to check if a dropped event overlaps an availability background rectangle or not. If not, a dialog is shown asking the user to add extra availability or routinary availability

Fixed problem when the window was to small.
Moved the creation of the daily planning to a separate function, allowing for custom properties and also total override of the daily planning default properties.
