fix(map): the two boxes in the top-right map corner (MIN-246)

Request from Marek after consulting with users:

  • move “Browse overview images” to the top bar, next to “Submaps” and “Overlays”
  • reduce the size of a “Backgrounds” dropdown, change “Pathways and compartments” to “Semantic” to reduce the minimum required width
