Inconsistent showing/hiding of node labels

At certain zoom levels, the labels on grey elements (complexes) remain shown while labels of similar font size for other node types are already hidden. This results in labels being shown that are too small to read - I assume the rules for when to show/hide labels are based on node type, and complexes have a large range of possible sizes.

Too small font should not be displayed, same as currently for pathways and compartments.
