Duration of text notification (mouseover) in overlay tab

The text box that is displayed by a mouseover of the datasets in the overlay tab should be displayed much longer (I think at least twice as long as it is now would be good). Another possibility is that the box is displayed as long as the mouse is placed over the respective text field.

Reason: texts/descriptions in the AD map are much longer than on the PD map and I was not able to finish reading the AD map dataset description when the box vanished again.

I put v12.0.0, but I don't know how time-consuming the enhancement is: change of a number such as "display duration"/small changes in HTML/CSS (might be this one) or more complicated. In case, this needs more effort, the next minor version v12.1.0 is also fine with me.
