add info about owncloud backup

This adds the one last useful remainder of the isilon backup card (removed at https://gitlab.lcsb.uni.lu/lcsb/howto/internal/-/merge_requests/167 ).

@sarah.diehl and maybe @noua.toukourou -- can you please check that the backup information is still valid (or at least somewhat compatible with the reality now) ?
