1. Changed intersectMain.cpp, complementMain.cpp and mergeMain.cpp to
	   include information on how to run using stdin.

	Rather self-explanatory.  Affects *Main.cpp files.
	Also affects the bedFile.cpp file.
		All of the BED entry checks now write to stderr.
