Essentially WIP is only for MRs that are not yet to be reviewed, but that you want to open to raise awareness or show the other team members what you are working on. Also, the CI is already run.

It is great. Real quick "card"!

Several ideas:

1. Would it make sense to add link to file naming card?
2. General purpose/use of Archived/Frozen folders might be described in more detail - maybe as another suggestion?
3. What about /resources/guidelines folder for internal group procedures/rules/documentation ?

2. I think that many people don't know when they should freeze/archive what (and why). But it is more about the process of maintenance than organization design :)
3. Thats just a feeling - there is often some documentation describing processes in the group, right? internal rules set by the PI, etc...

Yeah we can add SOPs and those things also in the structure.

@laurent.heirendt did you take into account also the export of the ELN / scan of the books ?
