split VPN / CERBERE

Split in 2 cards or make one more card VPN only.

Sometimes people check how to connect via VPN and they stumble upon the VPN/CERBERE one, but the CERBERE part is not relevant.

@kaan.cimir this is a good second issue; simply splitting the card into 2 (because almost no one uses cerbere.

@laurent.heirendt is cerbere anyhow relevant anymore? (does it even exist?)
