SAFARI only - different cursor shape, blinking icons, sometimes

Pointing the cursor at the hyperlink "power by minerva" left bottom corner, does not display always "hand" cursor, but different arrows. It happens only sometimes and cursor shapes change randomly with every pointing on that hyperlink.
