warning dialog if Name exceeds 256chars during Add Comment - nice to have

Currently user can not add comment if the provided Name is longer than 256chars (he can click SEND, but sending is not processed further). It would be nice to have, in such case, a dialog: 'NAME must be shorter than 256 characters'.
