issues with plots and structures

Hi @todor.kondic and @anjana.elapavalore ,

I realized that my plots from the new ‘shinyscreen’ version 1.0.1 do not produce a single pdf with all plots but multiple plots with either eic and spectrum and/or spec alone. as seen in the fig below. image

also, the structure from the SMILES does not appear in the plots as seen below. image

please is there something I need to do?

please help fix :) .
