Recommended limits for CmpdList?
It would probably be a good idea to provide some guidance about what is a reasonable number of compounds to screen in Shinyscreen ... e.g. a limit of ~1000 or 1500 compounds (or less?). In any case, we should probably print warnings (and/or cut lists) if the numbers are excessive - and maybe update the instructions in the app accordingly. Currently it seems one can upload a list of ~300,000 compounds, but it is not necessarily a very good idea to do so ... (as we will likely get all sorts of bizarre things happening down the track).
Have we actually tested the limits of feasibility?
