MS2 fragment spectra missing when they should be there
Hi again,
I'm currently using Shinyscreen to generate plots for the AWEL paper.
I'm missing MS2 fragment spectra which I know are supposed to be there as I've been able to extract and plot them before (using the oooold version of prescreening I used back in Sept-Oct 2019).
-> evidence that MS2 exists; I plotted this using the MS2 peak list extracted as a 'kids.csv' by old prescreening code.
Have double checked that I am using the correct m/z and mzML as inputs and spectra extraction parameters.
What's odd is that Shinyscreen is not detecting the rt; perhaps this is related to my issue? -->
