In updating the rmbmix for the new machines, we have an opportunity to make it even simpler to use.

• Conditio sine qua non is update our infrastructure #14 (closed)
• Remind ourselves of how the standard RMB workflow goes; Anjana might have done some of this already #15 (closed), #16 (closed).

Then, on @Todor 's side most likely, create functionality to merge single CE mzml into multiple-CE mzmls therefore avoiding the currently hacky way of combining the data after the fact #17 (closed).

Finally, bind #15 (closed),#16 (closed) and #17 (closed) into the new version.
