  * (everywhere in pubchemlite shell and perl scripts): Drop support for Tier 0
  * (everywhere in bash scripts): Trap SIGUSR1 and use it to kill the main process from subshells on errors.
  * (pb-lite-driver.sh): If environment variable LOGFILE non-empty, redirect STDERR to $LOGFILE
  * (rest_grab_props.pl): Add two new columns to the MetFrag header and handle the ten bit case
