GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption, please take a look at our documentation.

As mentioned in Sarah's email from April with the subject "GitLab migration," we will be conducting maintenance on the LCSB GitLab Instance from July 30th to August 6th, 2024.

Single-cell transcriptomic data analysis in epithelial cell types of COVID-19 patient groups with different severity profiles

An exploration on gene expression data was carried out on single-cell RNAseq analyses of bronchoalveolar lavages from nine COVID-19 patients, three moderate cases, severe case and critical cases, comparing with healthy subjects.
