Small modifications to steps 01 and 02 (wrt a bug for the RNA-seq datasets and the new QOS on iris).

Code refactoring and optimization for th second step (RNA-seq and array datasets are now processed altogether).

Added the code to create gene expression heatmaps and modified the code that creates the pathway visualizations.

Added code to select the most interesting interactions from given regulatory networks (based on differential expression data and consistency with knowledge databases).

Adapting the code to the lastest changes in the previous steps (pi-values / GD rankings) and refactoring file names (outputs).
